There is an entire religion called Catholic priests that subscribes to this. Some say it's just Darwinism's way of trying to eliminate Catholic priests.

Not trying to put words in D's mouth, but I think he is referring to many of the double standards of the Bible, and thus abortion in the bible could be the same. Meaning if the Bible says an eye for an eye(I know, old Test.) but yet says abortion is not good because all lives matter, then wouldn't that be a contradiction? I'm no Bible expert by any mans, but I think that's what he is getting at. Not that the Bible actually says Abortion is okay.

In Halacha, it is written if a pregnant woman is assaulted, causing a miscarriage, the assailant must pay a fine. The penalty for murder in Halacha is death. Clearly under Jewish law the fetus is not a person and abortion not murder. Not quite a "defense of abortion". The defense of abortion is it is necessary health care for a woman and no one else's damn business.

That's great but what the hell is Halacha and what's that got to do with Jews? I mean, I'm just learning what Hanukah is (something to do with a whole bunch of candles in the shape of a pyramid).
