For high percentage FT shooters like Lillard and Harden, outside of dunks and layups going to the line is the most efficient shot there is. And then theres this...

    Career TS%
    Lillard - 0.579
    Harden- 0.611

Bottom line is your claims don't hold water. Next time please do some research.

Dame is easily the most popular player this franchise has ever had. I see him advertised everywhere and people from all over the places I've visited know of him.

We have the best point guard in the league right (second best if Curry is healthy). He should be getting insane love from the league.

This year's Dame has been better than last year's Curry. IMO.

Agreed. Dame this year was better than Curry last year.

It could be argued that Dame's career arc has now passed Curry's career arc.

Just that we're comparing these two players is amazing. Both are generational players.

Here's a look at their best seasons and career averages:

Not many players could you put side by side with Curry and actually have this discussion.

Although I think Curry's overall numbers are (a bit) superior to Dame's, Dame's not done yet....

Of course Curry isn't done yet either. My guess is that without KD, he returns as the clear #1 option for GS and his stats return to being the most efficient scorer & productive player in the game. That won't take away from the amazing play that Dame has been treating us to, but SC is an all time talent.

Honestly, I don't think Curry is a point guard. I think he's a shooting guard that they play at point guard.

Dame is a floor general. 100%. He runs our offense. He is in command out there. He can get others involved when he needs to.

Curry is basically played like a shooting guard in the Warriors offense, and Draymond runs the offense quite a bit.

That's a stretch. Steph is every bit Dame's equal (or superior) at ball handling and distributing. The Warriors just run a more varied offense. Both guys are equally capable running the point or playing off the ball.

You'd be hard pressed to come up with two more identical players at such an elite level.

Nice! Dame's been in hot pursuit of Steph for a long time. I didn't think he'd ever catch him. One more big uptick and Dame might even challenge Steph's best year. He won't ever match Steph's shooting percentage from three but he can make up for that in other areas.
