Well it seems like Yi is in a tough spot to be in for just a basketball player. Thinking about the situation it prompts me to ask a simple question:Where in the blazes is the public support for Yi from the Chinese NBA community? I mean, it doesn't make sense to me. All I know is that if this was a black guy, Al Sharpton would be all on this.
Yi, Yao, and all the other Chinese players should break all ties with the Chinese government, as their careers are being seriously trammelled by the PRC.
