The video, if that's of the shooting, doesn't seem to show that there was any kind of justification for it. Kind of looks like he just went up to the guy and shot him. Tho it also showed that those people who were driving the trucks through the crosswalk when it was flashing "walk" should be charged with something, since they obviously were going through red lights and tried to run over people.
