We always get gift baskets from there. They are ok, but overpriced. Just get a prime steak somewhere local
I have that too on Kindle. I actually just checked, its a 3lb minimum for to-go orders. May check out another spot, I heard La Barbeque is good too
I have a niece who used to live in Austin who brags about their Texas style bbq. She mentioned some outstanding bread and butter pickles which I dearly love.
Holding all outdoor barbecue tomorrow. Guests may use restroom if they mask. Garden centric menu. Figs, grapes, pumpkin seeds Tomato salad Barbecued chicken Vegetarian entree: grilled portobello "burgers" with grilled onions and goat cheese Grilled corn on the cob Burger buns/rolls (same dough, different size) Coconut milk ice "cream" with vegan chocolate sauce Black and white brownies Lemonade, Corona beer, mojitos Whatever guests bring
I'd bring some 20% fat ground sirloin patties and some vanilla ice cream and real chocolate sauce of which I would use no more than a few drops. I might also bring some Tsing Tao beer or banquet Coors (regular not light). I'd hope you wouldn't mind the smell of beef burgers being grilled medium. Not really into mushrooms unless they're in a soup or sliced and on a pizza. Had some truffles once and no thanks, maybe if I had more money in our family as a child and been introduced to them at a young age I might enjoy them now.
I have no problem with beef burgers although prefer chicken, which also has advantage I can reheat leftovers or eat cold. My brother been vegetarian 30 years so always need meatless entree. Nephew allergic to eggs and dairy. Feeding my family a complicated business.
I did them once on my pellet smoker. They were OK. I think I needed to turn the temp higher at the end.
Yeah I think the key is maybe letting them setup a little before eating so that cream cheese isn’t runny and more solid. either way yummerz
Now, you're talking. That's what we here on the ranch call a hungry man dinner. But where are the side dishes? The 100 lb. sack of potatoes? The bushel of asparagus? The pies, the cakes and the kegs of beer? You're short, my friend.
