At some point, when his playing career is done, and if he wants it, he's got everything he needs in the way of leadership, credibility, and knowledge of the game to be a great head coach or GM. Some guys try to make it just on their record as a player. Dame understands what motivates people and how to make them feel appreciated and important to the team. Just a special, special dude.
