Yeah, and you don't eat delicious ham either nor jumbo shrimp nor lobster nor bacon nor sausage nor even Dungeness crab. What about clam chowder?
I know you are a fella that has indulged in many new foods, I too have a Koren immediate family member, so I know you have explored many Koren dishes. Now's the time to share with her what is a truly American specialty! Let me know how it goes.....
Just copped the $120 pot and pan set at Costco by Kirland Signature. I had too many mismatched shit, shit was old, etc. So tossed out the old ones and got some non-stick shit. We'll see how it is. May replace all my kitchen knives with their Cangshen set. I have a Shun Classic set right now (pretty old set, maybe 15 years old), but I need to sharpen and refinish the handles and when its all said and done, it'll prob cost me as much as a new set of these Chinese knives imitating Japanese ones.
Go for the Henkels made in Germany and not the ones made in China. Also, don't throw away the old stuff but give it to Goodwill. it will provide jobs for the handicapped and the poor will have something to buy cheap that they can get good use out of. Think how good you'll feel doing good for others.
I'm probably gonna restore those Shuns. Shit is expensive, and it just needs a handle refinish and a sharpen. Never been a fan of German Blades, personally. I guess they are probably better than Chinese. If I were to get German, I'd go with Messermeister knives https://www.messermeister.com/colle...ucts/san-moritz-elite-7-piece-basic-block-set
I wouldn't bother with the whole set of non-stick personally, but I have a set of pans from Kirkland brand, really solid handle and bottom. Shit is better than anyone else's stuff I've cooked on
