A cop had raped numerous women in custody. They Court ruled the county and department were liable. Unfortunately it was very narrowly worded to apply only to police so Coat Hanger's screw you to pregnant slut, I mean prisoner, stands.
How could they reduce the size of the Supreme Court? That would mean eliminating one or more justices and I don't see that happening.
