I was bored so I was reading the 2kforums, and I saw that there will be an NBA 2k8 event tomorrow in New York, where they will talk about the game and apparently release a demo. All I have to say is "finally..." They usually have a ton of updates shortly after the draft.
I wish they'd make the ps2 version a little better. sh*t, they're charging us $40 we deserve to see the new hair cuts and better Association modes too. I could easily get it for psp or just go out and by a ps3 or something but I love my ps2. For some reason I just like how it looks and play better on ps2 so that's what I'm going to get it for and it'd be nice to see the little stuff like Grizzlies and Rockets new arenas put in, Nash, JO, and Rip haircuts, and just simple crap like that. And when you freakin create a player you should be able to decide their weight and crap like that. Its like they don't even try anymore with ps2 version.
I'm sure 2K8 will be much more updated for PS2, but boy did I get my money's worth when I bought 2K7 a few weeks ago. I can't wait to pick up a 2K8 with my favorite player on the cover.
Is this the event? Nighttime Motion Capture at Rucker Parkhttp://www.sportsgamer.com/content/956/2k-...ot-for-nba-2k8/

Comic Con is tomorrow. Tons of new game demos, videos, and screen shots. Big day for the video game world

From what people were saying, it sounded like it was going to be a big bash with videos and a demo. This is just an extra motion-cap event. Oh well, sweet they got Gerald Green though. EDIT: Also, that comment about the upgraded graphics sounds great. I can't wait.
