Judges either left leaning or right leaning MUST absolutely follow the rule of law.
If they set a precedence of not following the rules of law then nobody takes the law seriously. Even a judge with only 3 years experience should know this. I would think?

Biden's lead in Nevada just increased from 7,600 to 22,000

Yep the SC isn't going to be able to do anything. Just a thank you and a wave good bye to Trump from the three he put in.

Think it's more important to have her in the senate as only one of two progressives.

He may not have a choice. Unsurprisingly, it sounds like Mc Connell is loaded for bear.....

I think Biden probably won it regardless, I just wish there weren’t so many oddities/red flags for the opposite side to feed off of. Kind of just want it to be over.

That is a silly reason for not wanting a person in the cabinet, and sort of implies that he is a Donald Trump type person. Yang is an expert in his field and UBI is not his only idea. He would be an asset to any admin.

lmao, the margins were even lower for Trump in 2016, were you crying about "oddities" then? There's going to be a near 7 million popular vote difference.

    Quit whining.

It's silly to want someone with experience?

I'm perfectly fine putting talented people in positions of importance even without raw experience in any other time. Just not now.
