I have something like this, but it is only with dreams. I had a dream that my aunt was strangled to death in a bathtub, and 4 hours later we got a phone call, and I already knew what it was going to be. It was. Another was the Japanese earthquake, subsequent tidal wave and radiation leak. I dreamt all of that, nuclear power plant issues and all, and woke up in a cold sweat and woke my girlfriend up because I knew something was wrong. She tried to dissuade me and tell me everything was ok, so she decided to google "Japan earthquake" to ease my mind, and we watched the news come in in real time.

These are just two examples. So far, these precognitive dreams have only been bad things.

You know, when I worked at Tektronix I had to write these weekly reports about production problems we were having with various instruments. The reports of all of our staff engineers got distributed to various functionals including managers, other engineers, quality control, incoming inspection, component engineering and so on. I was doing okay but nothing spectacular because my boss told me to spend 15 minutes at the most on my reports. Well, I ignored him and spent 2 to 4 hours on each report. This focused my thinking on all kinds of problems we were having as well as got better feedback from helpful people. Suddenly my raises got larger and I got more satisfaction out of my job. It was some time later that I went back to school and took a technical report writing class which opened my eyes to the advantages of being able to organize your thoughts and communicate more clearly. I always mentor college kids on the value of writing because of my experience.
Here's a valuable tip for all to consider, proofread everything you write, especially your spelling. No one wants to look like a rube.

I have a strangely accurate internal clock. Like I will set a timer for something, go do something else, and then pop up to go check on the timer, and it be within 10 seconds of completion.

I also completely identify with @SheedSoNasty and his quick-catching of dropped items. And I'm pretty decent at coming up with on-the-spot rhyming parody lyrics. That's probably the least useful one of all.

When I went in we were taught to absolutely never fall asleep on guard duty. I pulled guard duty many times including in combat and never once dozed off.

I do this same thing all the time. I also find myself waking up five minutes before my alarm clock regularly, especially when I've changed it to a new time.

I have had a few dreams come true, but nothing so macabre, simply mundane so to speak. I dreamed once a friend I had not seen in years had stopped by out of the blue, and a few days later he actually did.

Yours is more like the reporter in 1883 who dreamt of Krakatoa erupting violently and killing Thousands, awoke, wrote it down and left it on his desk. His editor found it and thought it was an article. He published it only for the reporter to tell him it was a dream he had written down. The editor about blew a coronary before it came in over the lines that it really happened.

My "sixth sense" feels very deja vu when I get it.

I have a pretty good internal clock too.

Not only do I have an internal clock, so does Lucia. She comes and goes with great regularity and always knows when it's close to bedtime. Comes home before I can call her.

I can pick things up with my toes instead of bending over. Like not just socks, but heavier things also.

Here's what I'm not just good at but genius at really. No one but no one on God's green Earth can read a slide rule more accurately than me. No, it's true.

Lanny, it's been a good many years but I bet I can still use a slide rule.

Also, I can carve a turkey beautifully.
