    They have already talked. If they are bringing him back the priority is the MLE. Since it was an ETO they could talk up until he declined the option. Hoodie and the Blazers are on the same page well before today.

    Only guys signing with their current teams, for the most part. Kinda enforces the thought that the league was cracking down on tampering (or at least the appearance of tampering).
