The ones in the burbs are probably open. Bridgeport Village and Washington Square I believe. Also, there are authorized repair centers. IMO, they usually take longer to do anything, I'd stick with the Apple Store Genius Bar if possible. The authorized repair centers are usually shut in nerds, the genius bar are clueless millennials with a techy in the back doing everything. Much easier to scam your way into a new phone.
