He does keep talking about fixing things like our three point defense but never seems to get around to it. I know that provides absolutely no answer to your question but it might make him a politician.

Any coach who thought it would be a good idea to have a rotation of CJ, Hood, Melo and Kanter on the floor at the same time should immediately be relieved of any decision making resonsibilities. Next thing you know, he will devise a scheme to purposely leave Steph Curry wide open for an entire game.

    Oh, wait...

The funny thing is that a year ago you could have made up a team of players around the league who would be the worst defensive/passing team you could put on the floor and now it's a reality!

    That is Neil's issue.

What is Stotts issue is taking an uber athletic freak who excels in the open court, off of cuts to the basket, and converts lobs with extreme verocity.

Stotts 'put baby in the corner' and didn't take advantage of DJJ's skills....a single time?

    I would too.

And within a year, 33% of the board would be saying he's clueless.

Comical thinking Steve Kerr is a bad coach but you have to admit he had some great rosters.

I can only imagine what Portland's current roster could do in Kerr's system...

    It's called a joke.

Sly had just purged a bunch of political crap out of this thread.

I'm glad you love them...perspective is everything.

Hopefully they are credible and Kerr will be available to the Blazers soon.

The best thing to come out of Golden State is that Curry doesn't look so amazing without one of the best teams in the history of the league surrounding him. He looks worse than Dame.

Amen! This league is about aquiring top end talent, that's where 99% of our focus should be. Who cares about who our 11th man is or the guys sitting on the bench in suits! That's why you gamble on Harden if you have the chance to pair him with Dame.

Yep, I would also add that if the higher ups to afraid to make a offer for a top five players, then maybe it’s time for them to go too. I rather we take chances to be afraid all the time.

You're really playing fast and loose with the numbers but we agree that Harden would improve us.

But, so would a better coach. You can't tell me Steve Kerr wouldn't be an improvement.
