I live in Lake Oswego and we hardly ever hear a barking dog and never hear loud music or gunshots. When I lived in Aloha, all I heard were barking dogs, sometimes five or six at a time. We also heard loud music late at night and an occasional gun shot. One neighbor in Aloha even shot paint balls at his dogs and laughed while he did it. My stress has gone down so much since I moved here that it's a miracle.

My Asian wife simply will not complain even when she gets cheated. If we have to return something to the store because something was wrong with the product or the food wasn't right at a restaurant, I have to do it or it doesn't get done. She watches the bills and if there is some glitch in the bill, I have to make the call correcting the mistake.
I'm like your wife. My wife is okay with me raising hell but she'd never do that. I can't tell you how many times I've had to take her receipts back to correct some wrong. It took a while but I'm used to it now.
I've got a 50 gallon natural gas hot water tank and it never runs out of hot water no matter what. Your small tank hot water heater should also supply lots of hot water but not as much as mine. Perhaps your tank is at the far end of the house.
Dude lied to you. It takes a little time for the water to heat with a tankless system. I still love mine though.
