    We always build on our lead with Melo/Kanter in the first half. There have been some second half struggles here and there but still, they were each +13 in the win over Minnesota.

    That proves that Steve Kerr isn't that great of a coach. He just walked into a good situation. If he had taken the Knicks job, he would've been fired halfway through the season.

    I'm not sure if I'd go as far to say it proves he is not a good coach as they were still running the system he put in place.

    I think it does align with the argument that the in-game coaching moves people freak out about are probably over-blown. And that overall, they don't have a huge impact on team success in relation to talent.

    If this version of CJ is for real I’m not sure it’s worth it if Trent has to be included. I think CJ’s lack of efficiency (TS% still lower than Dame even this year) has been overstated because his turnover rate is ridiculously low.

    There are only 4 guards with a PER better than CJ. One, Morant, isn't playing and one, Kyrie, doesn't give a shit. So CJ is basically the best guard not named Curry or Harden right now. CJ is All NBA worthy.

    BPM is a better advanced stat. Correlates with winning significantly better than PER. I’m sure CJ is doing quite well there too.
