    i feel like our coaching staff doesn't even bother teaching fundamental defense. we make such rudimentary mistakes. even my high school rec league coach made us do basic defensive drills that we clearly don't.

    NBA coaches don't teach rudimentary skills. An NBA team should be paying guys millions to bring those to the table to begin with.
