You seem to not understand that $2,000 instead of $600 (which is what was approved) means an extra $1,400. It also seems like you do not understand that until congress approves this - there is nothing Biden can do with it - we have a constitution and give Biden responsibility for an act he has no authority over. Maybe a good idea is to read a bit about how things work under the law in this country. Frankly, you are going to be disappointed no matter who is president if you do not understand how things work and who can do what.
