First, I would like to see a bill completely devoted to American people rather than foreigner programs attached into the package. Second, The public should view the scope of the bill and the politicians who sponsored their bullshit agenda. Third, The American people should have a forum so they will be directly involved in denouncing the politicians that sponsored inane and ridiculous programs. The American public may not have control on the final Congressional vote but would be able to observe if their representatives deserve to stay or be booted out the next time they vote.
