Or from another perspective 1400 could buy a gun and enough bullets to rob liquor stores for the next few years....if booze is the pressing need...a compulsive gambler could burn up 1400 bucks in a few minutes and probably will....choices when you live in Skid Row under a blue tarp in February

I was in Vegas over the weekend, and the strip was "ok", spacing wise. Fremont Street was a whole nother story. we went on Sunday hoping it'd be less crowded, but it was crazy slammed. Got out of there pretty quick, but its insane how much people were turning up and partying, they were doing the electric slide n' shit on the Fremont Street.

They are also doing phased reopenings. When things are starting to get back to normal, I guarantee you'll feel weird being out and doing stuff after being restricted for so long.
