Washington Post -
Washington Wizards President Ernie Grunfeld continues to negotiate with the agent representing restricted free agent forward Andray Blatche. A team source refuted a published report that said Grunfeld has offered Blatche a three-year contract worth $11 million.

Blatche, who appeared in 85 games during his first two seasons, could be looking for a deal similar to the three-year, $11 million contract recently signed by Detroit Pistons forward Amir Johnson. Both players were taken in the second round of the 2005 draft.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Chris Webber's tenure with the Pistons is far from over.

Although the team's roster sits at 15 players, the maximum heading into the regular season, the words "Webber" and "Pistons" keep popping up in the same sentences.

Slam magazine asked Webber whether he'll re-sign with the Pistons.

"I don't know," he said. "I would love to. Right now, I'm thinking about Detroit and Dallas, so you never know. Watch out for (Lakers assistant coach Brian Shaw), though. He's trying to get me in L.A.

So, what do you think about this? Any Wizards fans want to fill me in on Andray Blatche..

If Cwebb was to become a Mav, I would have to cheer for you guys.

Really I'm hoping that he does go to Dallas. Better chance of winning a championship.

Phoenix, Golden State, Utah and Dallas are four teams that have shown interest in Singleton. At least three other teams have recently been in on discussions

I know Blatche can play. Big guy with some perimeter skills but he can hold his own inside too. Low risk, high reward.

And I doubt Webber leaves Detroit, honestly. Having Chauncey come back pretty much sealed it for me, they're gonna give it a couple more gos.

I thought that Washington was going to match any offer Blatche got.
