    In his recent State of the State message, Texas Governor Abbott said top priorities were making it harder to vote in a state with one of the lowest turnouts in the country, and preventing transgender people from using public restrooms. I'm sure the people without heat, water, electricity, and the farmers whose entire crop froze, are totally focused on checking DNA of everyone in public restrooms.
