<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (dabears54)</div><div class='quotemain'>did you watch family night last night i would easily say its a joke, banking on a rookie to carry the load because vernon "how am i even considered a starter in the nfl" morency is going to be an injury problem. the pack have A LOT of work to be done, before anyone can even put 6 wins on em' this season.</div></p> You are certainly entitled to your opinion but they won 8 games last year and if you look at how they were last year at family night (with Ahman Green) they were much better this year overall as a team. We all know you hate the Pack, Vikes, and Lions with a passion but let's not look at the teams with hate. To say the running game was a joke is complete prediction based upon a scrimmage we're the team can't even run their proper blocking strategy because they don't cut their own guys. I agree the team needs a lot of work but Ahman Green of the 06 season was not Ahman Green of the 03 season. Losing him is not going to kill the team. The Packers running game is going to rely on the offensive line this year. It always has in years past. As long as your offensive line does well, you should be okay with the running game. Only superstar backs really make that huge of a difference come game time. RB is probably the most dependant position on the field because of that. The way the Packers first and 2nd team offense finished with 11 carries for 46 yards and a touchdown. That's just over a 4 yard per carry. The backs also caught the ball out of the backfield well. Unless you want to factor in how all the scrubs did to close the game but hey that's your choice. </p>
