Ok, let’s get both ends of this back to back. Kakko is back And just missing the breadman on offense.

Fun 1st period. Up 3-2, could be 4-2 or 5-2. Keep it rolling. We score next goal and I think we'll be okay.

Top 2 lines look really good.

    Lafreniere/Zib/Buch
    Kreider/Strome/Kakko

Great game. Lets hope they can keep it up against the better teams.

Team looks like they are really coming together. These two games against the Pens Sunday and Tuesday nights I think will be very telling. Play well and get 3 or 4 points, and we could be in for some exciting hockey coming up.

As bad as the whole Andersson thing was, the Chytil pick looks like it has the potentially to be one of the best draft picks the organization ever made. Gauthier got 9:38 of ice time Quinn needs to get his head out of his ass with that guy. He's a future power forward that wins playoff type games. At least he has him with Chytil. Taking Chytil off of draws is also good. Takes the pressure off of him. You could see when he lost draws it bothered him. Let him work on it some more in practice.

Next 8 are brutal. I think 5-3 0ver those 8 would be a huge plus.

Crap Crosby is back. It's about time somebody on our team started roughing him up. He easily loses his temper.

Crosby is past his prime. I wouldn't worry too much about him at this point.

I would. He kills on faceoffs and he's made timely plays this year against us. Good thing is Kakko is playing Selke like defense this year. I didn't see that coming. Chytil looks like he can be a special offensive player. Now, if we can get Barron up here and get Blackwell and Howden out for Bennett. We can roll.

Yes, Quinn has done a great job with Kakko getting him to play on both ends of the ice. Also Buch and Chytil clearly developing under Quinn, and Lafreniere getting better and better. Good coaching at its finest. Tip of the cap to the job Quinn has done growing the kids, and leading this team.

Hopefully Georgiev can get in a rhythm and maybe steal them a game along the way. Kinkaid may have to play at some point  I have a feeling Panarin will be back in another week or so, as could Trouba who needs to step up his game.

I am not even going to guess on Panarin. Very tough spot, but what is he doing? Sitting out and staying holed up in his NYC apartment? Not sure what his plan/goal is, so I really have no clue when he'll be back. When he does come back, if fully healthy it will be interesting to see who moves down to Chytil's line given the top 6 has been pretty darn solid recently.

I think Trouba misses tonight and is back Tuesday night. We'll see.
