I guess i have a problem with players feeling disrespected for earning millions? Blake Griffin Minimum salary is for 9-10 years about $2.4 million. He has earned about $200 million so far. Nobody anywhere has disrespected this man. I think it's reasonable to say "hey we would like to have you here but we also would like to see if spending our money on you is worth it". Blazers could use the spot and money on a player that could actually play the game.
Well till few weeks ago he was active so there is plenty of film to go over. I don't think it's reasonable to expect him to workout. Especially since according to reports there is some interest in him from a lot of teams.

I agree with most of what you wrote, but I don't think that's why nobody wanted to trade for him. His contract was stupid was the main roadblock. Dude was stupid overpaid.
No, Woj never said that Portland has interest, or Blake has interest in Portland. He is very careful with his wording - he said "expected". So, the thought is that Portland is a playoff team, we're hurting for bigs, and there is an Olshey-Griffin connection. So, the speculation makes sense, but it is just that, speculation.
