Rivers posts are based on emotion as well. They're not rooted in any kind of logical opinion of the team either.

And if this place doesn't suit you... why are you here telling us?

He wasn't talking to you...that logical enough for you? ...Read my game posts last night and tell me who was emo and illogical throughout the game....yeah...that's right...all I did was cheer...your superpowers are failing you Nate because arguing isn't actually your strong suit.

In my 20's I had a friend who was always arguing with whoever had something to say on any subject, it got real tiring. Now this is funny, we were playing poker at buds house and there was a gal playing and after about an hour in she turned to my friend who she didn't know well, and asked you always argue with anything said here at the table, if someone said the sky is blue you'd take exception, are you always this negative the vibe is bad man.
I began to laugh as he got all pissed off and left the game. Sometimes people don't realize just how habitual one can be in communicating. Its better to be quick to listen slow to speak.

Winning more games than we've lost is your standard? That's not a high standard.

Terry has been coaching Dame (who I think has been the best player not named LeBron for several years now) yet during Terry's tenure and Dame's career we've averaged a first round exit. So you're making the argument for everyone else. Stotts is the only coach that's had a crack at Dame, what might another coach get Dame to do on the defensive side of the ball?

As far as giving Stotts credit for Dames development... everything I see Dame do that is great I see film of him working on, in the off season with his trainer Phil Beckner. Thank Phil Beckner and Dame for the best things Dame does. Thank Terry for being a great cheerleader. We need more than a cheerleader and have for a while.

None of this matters. If Stotts is so great and the roster around Dame is so great then Olshey is also great. All of that means that we should make a very serious run in the playoffs and if we don't I'm calling for the head of this thing to be cut out of the equation. Olshey will have to go. Then you can see what a real basketball person will do with your coach. Oh and GTFOH with that "find a coach with a team you like" bullshit. Come on man. No one in here follows the coach. We want the team we like to find an actual coach.

The front office who has failed time and time again? After awhile, it needs to change.

Dame has saved stolshey. It's a fact at this point and not up for debate.

"I trust the front office. "
There is no arguing with that because it wouldn't be a reality based discussion. There is good and bad with every arron office, but Neil and Trust are not words that historically should be put together.
    /end.

He sure was. Still can't watch him without wondering why he is in the position he is in. This whole "God Father" goofy hat to hide the age spots on his bald head thing he has going right now seems a bit odd as well. Dwight Jaynes is far from the Godfather of the Blazers. Yes it's like John Canzano becoming a talking head on a pregame show to me. Weird Choice?

I’m here good and bad. I’ve said multiple times I’ve been wrong. But one thing I’m not wrong on is wanting a better and sustainable team for Dame. What’s wrong with that? Just because I don’t blindly root for a team that’s ranked dead last defensively who have no offensive creativity whatsoever. Sorry but I want better. Maybe the GM should think like me more

Have to admit a bunch of posters are no longer here because they simply don't like being bashed for liking the team and rooting for it. It's true. Started about two or three years ago. They slowly just quit commenting. Way too negative.

I remember after Trader Bob who failed to get a ship and he should have, but its tough to do, so that cool. He was replaced by supposedly one of the better round ball brains and executives in the league and he no relation to Steve Nash. Yeah improved on everything, right? Oh yes, then Patterson boy did he takes us up a notch or two. Pritchard was decent but run out of town. Cho several here in this forum thought because he was numbers guy miracles would happen. Well, we know how he improve this team and MJ's. Maybe we should go after Phil Jackson the proven winner, he's not as old as Joe is he?

Do you read what you write before you post it?
What is "Rooted" in a "Logical" "Opinion" ?
Honestly what kind of statement is that?
