LOL...I think you should lower your expectations chuck. I understand your enthusiasm. The way the kids (Laf, Kakko, Gaut) are being developed, I don't see them being a legit SC contender next year.

I expect us to add a top 6 C before next season. Add that to the kids taking the expected steps forward, and I do think we are a strong playoff team next season. From there anything is possible in a league that is razor close game in and game out in the playoffs. I wouldn't expect us to be a SC fav, or win it next season, but I think we'll be on the upswing and anything is possible once we are in.

Panzer you’re turning into a retard. You’re Renney way of thinking of playing players just because they play hard when they don’t have a lot of talent doesn’t work in the NHL. This also is not a solid defensive team. They have let up goals late in periods almost all season. They have left Shesterkin out to dry almost every time he plays. They have blown leads multiple times this season. They have been bitch slapped by the penguins almost every time they play them at the crucial moment in games. Your love of Quinn is fucking idiotic. You talk like this team is in the playoffs and they are 20 games over .500. They aren’t close to making the playoffs and it’s a team that is .500

Your way of thinking is so off. You want to fire everyone and play kids all the time regardless of readiness. That is not the right way to approach things. The team is right on track where they should be in the 3rd season of a rebuild. This team has a bright future despite your nonsense and mantra of fire everyone. The real Ranger fans see that and realize that. We don't whine and cry and nitpick every move.

So amusing how dumbpy thinks he can psychoanalyze player's thoughts and feelings, too many dodge balls off the noggin as a lad methinks, even the green coach Knoblauch had enough of Kakko and Laf's loafing. He may be head coaching material after all. Getting back to the soap opera you continue to spin, honestly how the hell do you know what any Ranger is thinking when you can't even process what you're seeing on the tv screen (if you're still watching). I get the frustration you and other followers of the team feel but this is new territory that no Rangers fan has seen with all the youth getting drafted and being immediately put in the lineup. Interestingly enough, for you and your band of negative nellies, there really isn't much material to make your case so you bark like seals. The Rangers just shut down one of the best teams in the NHL twice but they don't have any defense - got it dumpy Darren, keep up the crack misanalysis.

You can't win playing inferior talent because they try hard. It doesn't work. It will never work. The only thing that works is having a real coach who can develop talent, is committed to developing talent and knows how to coach talent. Quinn obviously doesn't.
