He’s now locked up for the next few years, only 25, and gives Dame an honest chance at bringing a ring to Portland. if we took on Rubio’s $17 million (he’s a free agent at the end of the year) and Towns, we can offer: CJ and Nurkic Add Simons Add Little Add a first round pick! We’d have: Dame Trent (Rubio) DJJ Hood RoCo Kanter (Towns) (McGee or maybe Aldridge) Collins Blevins!
Why would we need McGee when we're trading Ant, Collins and Trent for Towns? How many centers do we need?

Nurkic is a starting center and with CJ and other trinkets, it’s not bad. Could also be a 3-team deal whereby Nurkic and a pick goes from Wolves to Orlando so they wind up with CJ and Gordon

Guys play through Winter in Chicago, Boston doesn't have great weather either. I don't buy the weather thing at all. Also if you aren't a team in LA or NYC do you really just get superstars signing in free agency? Mostly we just see GMs making good and/or lucky moves to build teams through the draft, trades and crafty signings. Besides Miami, which was the fluky idea of three players, no team that I can remember has just signed multiple stars to win championships.
