I guess what the real issue is is that not everyone has the same expectations for this team right now. Here is how I felt and still feel about this season...There is no chance...NO CHANCE this team makes the playoffs. The way the divisions are aligned and the schedule its just not going to happen. So the top priority for this team is to develop some of the young players on the team (Kakko, LaF, Chytil, Buch, Miller, Fox, Lindgren). So far so good there in my mind. The other is avoiding major injuries. With Chytil and Trouba already back and hopefully Igor not missing a lot of games they are looking good there too. Some people want to piss in their pants because Gauthier isn't getting more ice time...or that Barron isn't on the team, or Reunanen or Lundqvist...WAHHHH , why is Howden still on the team, WAHHHH why is Smith still on the team...WAHHHH Blackwell and Rooney are losers....give it a rest. It literally means nothing this year. Interested to hear what anyone else was expecting from them this season.
It took what, over two years for the schmuck to bench a noticeable vet for shit play? The guy sucked off Howden who blows forever. The hilarious part is Chuck and Greyv think that an organization that has one cup in the last 81 years knows what they are doing. When they start winning cups, then they can talk.
Yeah, the flyers are a disaster right now. They aren't quite Sabres-esque but they are pretty close defensively. Just horrible.
