It's a vaccine.

 

Even then, they went through all of the same phases. They were just able to do the phases at the same time once certain precautions were met.

It was slightly more dangerous for those in the trial, but not now. People have been getting this vaccine for nearly a year. And vaccine side effects nearly always present symptoms within 2 weeks.

If there were a risk of long term side effects we'd know it by now.

We're having a Passover Seder on Saturday with one of our daughters and three friends who have all been fully vaccinated. Inside, six people, no masks. What a mitzvah! Passover commemorates when the Jews fled Egypt by inflicting 10 plagues on Pharaoh. Having lived through only one plague, we feel that this year's Passover is especially sweet.

It is a miracle that anyone (in America) who wants to be vaccinated will be in the next few weeks.
