I hate that a 7 point deficit feels like about 15.

Won quarter 32-26 so nice recovery from the 1st quarter. They show me something they due have some tuffness. Covington and Dame good half on the offense ends.

    Agreed... that's too easy.

Would love if at a minimum if our smaller players could at least stay in front of their bigger opponents on the perimeter so we weren't having to help so early. It's bad enough we're giving up 3-4" down low, we should at least be quicker.

It's cause the Blazers have been on a treadmill fighting hard just to stay down 10

Simons 3 minutes, Kanter 5. Stotts is playing a playoff rotation and these two are unplayable in the playoffs.

Why should he? Stotts is going to play him no matter that he doesn't play defense and most of the time is very poor from an efficiency standpoint on offense.

Right. He had a chance to foul Giannis under the basket to stop a dunk. Does he realize he doesn't have to worry about fouls; it won't hurt us if he fouls out.

Can't stand him in there. They are playing Giannis all dammed game and when Melo is in he doesn't play any D. Giannis gets easy buckets as is but damn.

No team is able to constantly keep perimeter players from driving. What separates good defenses from bad ones is they know how to help, where to help from, how to rotate to fill in the gaps on the backside, and running the right stuff in the right situation. None of those things are inherently personnel based, yet we struggle with them.

We're getting more shots in the paint, yet -18 in points in the paint. The Bucks length is a real advantage.

Whats frustrating is, it's not like the Bucks are playing awesome defense.
The Blazers are playing their usual ¡Olé! defense though.

btw, how and when did that word become code for poor defense?
