Offensively, is Pierce and Garnett compatible?

Is it possible to have two players that play most effectively in the same area. Garnett prefers the high post because he loves to run the offense near the foul line. In fact, Rivers' offense usually has the big man running the offense from the mid to high post, so he fits well with Boston's offense. However, Pierce also likes the high post because he is able to slash through the defense with minimum dribbling. Which player will adjust their game? Will it work?

Pierce has to adjust his game, becuase with no PG the offense has to run through KG. I really dont see it being a big deal, because if these guys are as intent on winning as they make it sound they will fit into the offense and Pierce will allow KG to control the high post. There are not very many player who can guard KG alone, now you put Pierce and Ray Ray around him... Goodness.

KG will do whatever it takes if it helps the team win. Him and Pierce will do great together. But the two players I think will flourish the most will be KG and Ray Allen. KG is great with perimeter shooters (revitalized Fred Hoiberg's career), and will do the same with Ray.

I'm too lazy to form coherent sentences, so this is what I said in a chat:

Pierce can work off the perimeter...though i think KG is going to have to float in between the high post and the low post...before the trade...Pierce had the high post, Allen the perimeter, Jefferson the low post...though KG is versatile, so I'm sure he can play underneath...even at the midpost, he has to command a double team [Pierce's guy], in which Pierce will instinctively cut in

Recent. I think a week or two ago. There was an article about the public adress announcer saying "There's a team in purple and gold that could really use you here" and he got really mad.

They can rotate you know. And the Kings worked the high post to perfection with two anchors in Divac and Webber.
