    I'm with you but I'll still be pissed if Stotts is Olshey's scapegoat. If Stotts isn't the championship coach that Olshey has been selling him as since the year Olshey got here then Olshey needs to go as well.

    It’s a good idea to sit nurk since it’s a back to back and youd much rather have him for the Miami game. A smart coach would also use this as an opportunity to pair Giles or RHJ with Melo and see how it works. That’s assuming Melo has to play, but that’s another discussion.

    Nah... Stotts addressed this. Wanted to see how he fits and what he brings. RHJ will play but he wasn't sure it would be tonight?

    Portland will be without its starting center Jusuf Nurkic against the Pistons due to ‘injury management, right knee inflammation.’

    Which will aid to Hollis-Jefferson seeing the floor.

    Coach Stotts sees the 26-year-old forward playing a similar role to that of Robert Covington.

    “The main thing is to get [Rondae] in the game, especially with Nurk out,” Stotts said pregame. “He’s best with a small lineup playing four, even five. In some ways he’s like RoCo at the defensive end. We’ll see how the game goes. But that’s kind of my general feeling right now.”

    “He’s a 10-day and he’s a veteran. I anticipate him playing tonight”

    Don't agree with either poll option. I don't think they will stand pat but won't trade Dame.
    For now, house is clean, hair washed, A's after horrible start won second consecutive game, just finished really good dinner (salmon fillet roasted on bed of bulgur garnished with pomegranate seeds, cilantro and avocado), fed Lucia, and ready for Blazers win.
