    Thats fucked up. That was not necessary. That cop was wrong and he knew he was, you can tell by his reaction to the passerby calling him out. He fucking broke a 73 year old ladies shoulder. It was definitely excessive force. Unfortunately many police offers stand by as their partners engage in such activity and sometimes engaged in it themselves.
