Personal I don't mind CJ but with his handles this guy could get players involved more there more in a game then just scoring. But right now he not complete offense player because his handles he should get 6-7 assist a game this why I don't like his game.

Again...those first two playoffs of his DO NOT drag his numbers down by any significant level. And I'm not cherry picking because I'm including all his games

AND, his PPG goes up because his FGA goes up even more. A simple direct ratio. CJ in the regular season has averaged 1.183 points/shot. In the playoffs, he's averaged 1.153 points/shot. In his first two playoffs, he averaged 1.154 points/shot. His TS% in his first two playoffs was .532; in all his playoffs it was .532. No change

well said gramps, and the irony is that he actually proved my point that I explicity brought up in that longer post about CJ's playoff record:

and that is the exact argument he made

Maybe I missed it, but I don't recall CJ making a big deal out of it or TNT showing any replays.

Scott Foster being involved in a bad call late in the game isn't overly surprising though.

I thought it was a call, but I didn't know why there was foul shots.

Yup. The entire thing is a farce. What good is providing that report if they don't provide any kind of a follow up on what actions are being taken?

George travelled is what happened - he lost control and Scott Foster bailed him out as per usual.

If there's such a thing as a great loss, this was it. The defensive intensity was as good as I've seen this season and all kinds of young bench players had terrific games on both sides of the ball. I'm proud of the way this team fought. I question the last 33.8 seconds of play (IMO we should have gone for a 2 for 1 so we had more time with the last shot), but the fact we had a chance to win was a miracle.

Only one team wins the title each year. About 6 guards make the AS team each year. There have been 3 top MVP guards in the West the last several years. That is not a usual occurrence. Find another 5 year stretch where one conference had 3 MVP guards. I’m not sure it’s ever happened. So the competition has been unusually high. But with Westbrook and Harden going east this season, the door was open for CJ who has a higher PER on the season than Conley and Booker, both of whom made it.

George was defended well in second half until that last run HE made. Terry should have gone back to DJJ and or Roco or Nas at the end. All they needed was a single goddamn stop. Melo really should have sat.

They should been in before that but due to Lue didn't call a timeout and they went with it and got the call at end and found out the ref blow it.

I agree... CJ doesn't have to be the best in the West, he just has to be in the top 6... he hasn't done that one time in 8 years. That's kinda my point.
