They are not going to Fire Stotts in the season at this point but if he is still here next season i will be surprised cause this is getting pathetic. Players to keep Dame Covington ( maybe ) Everyone else we can talk about simple as that .....
One area that I think Stotts has been Ok in the past is giving time and encouragement to young players, at least in Simons case, CJ. Sometimes when maybe not deserved. Vonleh, Leonard. But I think he has really failed with Little; I think he may be affecting his confidence negatively, with his sporadic minutes and quick yanks. A young player who is just developing his shot needs some consistent minutes.
If you are asking why I don't complain about his neglect of Giles; I think both come from Stotts' desperation this second half of the season. Every coach hates to be fired; so he is trying to play it safe. I don't care as much about Giles, I guess because I don't have as high hopes for him as I have for Little.

I actually think we should fire Olshey and Stotts the day the season ends and we likely miss the playoffs. Hire a new GM asap and that GM should put everyone not named Dame on the block. Let the teams around the league know that we're open for business and see what we can get.
