Diego's 16-year career was memorable for many reasons, including winning the first Ultimate Fighter, beating Kenny Florian; classic fight of the night battles with Clay Guida and Gilbert Melendez; getting his face torn by BJ Penn; multiple nickname changes; the Yes cartwheel; rainstorm yoga; his bizarre association with Dan Quinn; and a sputtering end to his career that saw his once brilliant record dip to 19-13 (UFC) in his twilight years. Shame that it ends with him unhappy and unsatisfied, compounded by his embarrassing, abusive, idiotic life coach Josh Fabia. Diego is a surefire UFC Hall of Famer.
