Somehow I don't think Trump's pick to head the FBI was being for or against the Biden Administration. I think it was a fair and honest warning, Russia is trying to pull some shit and you should be careful not to get caught up in it.

The investigation of Giuliani began under Trump's Department of Justice, and has continued (like all investigations) through the change of administration. So that's pretty bipartisan.
