Mariners attendance has been in a nose dive last couple years. Unless your winning going to be a hard sell.

    Seattle fans are notoriously fickle.

    Is Lloyd Center big enough?

Cheering for the team with the longest active streak of missing the playoffs of any major sport hasn’t been easy.

I remember when the Blazers were giving away playoff tickets against the Mavericks in the early 200s.

Logistics nightmare. Only positive is underground parking already in place but they can't use that as it is. The idea is max is in place already and it's fairly close to I-5 as well.
T-1 and T-2 is the best option in the entire city.

IMO Not near big enough of an area. No way a group will locate a team in areas that have many homeless and destruction from rebels.

As if there are any major metro areas without homeless people or demonstrations which cause damage...

I didn't know Lloyd Center was located near the Capital Building in Washington D.C.

Since the As are such a storied franchise, I wouldn't mind just being the Portland As.

Vegas doesn't need 3 major teams. There's only so much tourists can go watch and baseball will be too slow for them. That is my hope anyway.

They have a larger metro population than portland does. Wouldn't all be about tourists.
