Should be happy with the lineup tonight. Kravtsov with Pan and Strome. More kids in. Gauthier in as well. Makes sense now that the playoffs are 99% officially out of reach.

Panarin and Zibanejad look just like they did in the playoffs. No heart. No desire to battle. No interest in playing.

The Isles are probably the worst matchup possible for the Rangers. Vet team, that plays a very structured game that requires patience to beat, and they are very physical. That is not a good matchup for the young, skill team the Rangers currently have.

JD/Gorton, you know what you need to add this summer, take notes from these Isles games.

Sit Trouba and Lindgren the rest of the way so they don't reaggravate anything into the offseason.

Maybe moving Zibanejad and Buchnevich in an Eichel deal isn’t a bad thing now.

As much as I like Buch, given the current makeup of the team, and his status as a RFA with arbitration rights, I wouldn't be against including him in a deal for a stud C. We have a lot of wings, we have a lot of skill, we should not pay him $6M per or more, he has good value. Seems like a very good chip to include in a package.

If it takes more than 4.5m$/yr I agree. I really thought he took a huge step this year. Looked like a much improved player.

I'm thinking this team will look much different next year. I figure at least a couple of bigger production forwards are going to get moved.

Next year need to add some tougher players that aren’t afraid to go toe to toe when are skill guys get cheap shotted. Part of the reason IMO That they do it is they know no one will make them pay. Really need Robertson, Schneider and cuyyle to make this team next year. Lundqvist I think goes in a multi player-draft pick deal for the stud center we need. If Robertson looks like he’ll make the teams I could see Lindberg going in one of the deals leaving us with fox and Jones as PP QB’s. I agree with the rest of you guys that the current group just not good enough and some significant changes need to be made.

Jones will never play here. He's small. Lundkvist is a ton better than him.
