if we can figure my father situation out, my wife and i have discussed possibly using our land and building/ opening a kennel complete with obstacle course, large open runs, bathing options, day services, etc. We were in the middle of looking up an innitial budget cost to construct the kennels and what not. as well as looking into the barking aspect on neighbors and how that would go over/need to be addressed.
Not sure why anyone's dead animal should ever be in the news. Unless maybe it died in some horrifically interesting way like peeing on a live wire or something.
