Damn, lazy boys. I watched eight playoff games, Saturday and Sunday morning news programs, cleaned my house, did laundry, cooked, made cookies, clipped dead roses off two dozen rose bushes, planted a few vegetables, harvested lettuce and artichokes, worked out twice a day, finished knitting a sweater and started knitting another, watered the yard and played with Lucia.

You outdid me; I only work out once a day.

Well I did laundry that’s easy.
I also mowed both lawns and scooped dog poo.
I fixed a bench for my wife.
I did a bunch of little things sure.
I also cooked dinner both days but that was BBQ so does that really count?
I run my dogs in the morning way before games start does that count too?
All in all that is a lazy weekend for me.
By the way I have a one year old son I watched most of the weekend. Does that count as well?

Yeah I took showers and brushed my teeth. I didn’t really think of that as getting much done? I guess I could include using the toilet but maybe that isn’t a real good example?

I'm starting to think the Lakers are who they've looked like the last 2 months, a .500 basketball team. They haven't established a rhythm, and they have many very different role players from last year, who were exceptional in the bubble.

Half the home teams lost game 1

3 in the west (Suns won)
1 in the east (NY lost)

We've seen the last 10 years where HCA doesn't matter as much as it used to.

We got a good chance to win on the road again tonight, we shouldn't think having a 1-1 split gives us an advantage for "stealing" HCA. 2-0 puts us in command of the series, 1-1 means its all even.

Mitchell mad at the Jazz for not letting him play lol. Hey Donovan, listen to the Doctors and don’t be like KD who came back early and got hurt with an Achilles injury.

I think it helped Phoenix quite a bit. Their fans brought a lot of energy. But your point is well taken. Unless Moda is rockin, the HC will not give us any advantage.

Be careful. This was how they looked in game 1 of the Bubble Playoffs as well.

On the one hand, LeBron has a history of losing game 1s (and coming back to win the series). On the other, AD is certainly not the player he was last season, and they're missing playoff Rondo. A lot will depend on whether CP3 can stay healthy.

I don't think I remember a season when all 4 west playoff series are such toss-ups (or the lower seed is favored).

I see, LeBron, is (or should be) the ultimate band-wagon ring chaser. Is that what he is saying?
