Love it in here when many of the mods chime-in. You're a blast. Enjoy having your cake. Oh, and you can eat it, too.
My church recognizes divorce. Today even the Catholic church recognizes some types of divorce. I sought out the approval of my church before I got divorced in about 1972. I was young and stupid and madly in love not knowing that my bride to be never intended to remain married. Marriage for me is a lifetime deal and was back then. After going thru counseling by a psychiatrist and a priest and undergoing terrific torture by my ex I had to give up. ABM's morals have nothing to do with what food he prepares, he objects to food that outwardly shows a homosexual marriage. Do I care what food shows outwardly a homosexual marriage? Personally, I couldn't conceivably care less. I always am glad when two people marry for love, regardless. I don't see the Bible declaring any objection, it would seem anti Christian to me or ignorance. I prefer seeing ABM as being ignorant about that part of the Bible rather than full of hate. ABM has a good heart.
I don't know, I've been told acid trips also lead to lucidity and deep thoughts. That was just a nonsensical garbage that made zero sense. Some of the best music was from someone on an acid trip.
The same way right-handed folks do in the UK and plenty of other places... FWIW - I never found shifting with my left hand to be a big deal in places like this. The things that really catches you are them roundabouts...
Using my other hand. Just because I'm left handed doesn't mean I can't use my right hand. I know I know...Green font. But, then again I would need my right hand to access that tab.
My dad was born left handed. He went to catholic school. The nuns slapped his left hand with a yardstick if they caught hi.using it to write. They even tied his left hand behind his back to make him write with his right hand because he rebelled.
Similar thing happened to me in basketball practice. I would always attack to my right, so for a whole week of practice they taped my right arm to my body. It was not fun.
I actually saw this happen very early in my Catholic school education (not that public schools didn’t do the exact same thing). My best friends twin sister was a lefty and the nun tried to make her a righty. It was a miserable (and very emotional) failure. Fortunately my friend’s mother was also a teacher (elsewhere……and who had already put 7 kids…..I DID say we were Catholics…..through our school). She came to school and had a very polite chat with the principal, and my friends sister remains a lefty to this day…..and I don’t believe they ever tried to convert another lefty after that.
