"The Blazers want to read the landscape of the league — which was disrupted this week with the surprising move in Boston that saw coach Brad Stevens transition to the front office to replace a retiring Danny Ainge — and be confident of options before considering moving on from Stotts."
I hope this is not true. I believe time is of the essence. Management should have been on this months ago, deciding if they want to replace Olshey and with whom. Also should already have a good idea amongst 2 or 3 coaches they want. They definitely need to have a new coach and have traded CJ before free agency starts, assuming they can get a commitment from Powell to stay if that is done.

Yes. Even suggesting this shows lack of preparation

...losing confidence the Blazers will do the necessary changes with every second that passes without action!

Bollocks. CJ is great player. All he need is coach that will bench him when he goes bananas.

or maybe they are interested in Ainge and are re-evaluating Olshey since they weren’t expecting him to available? Idk, we’ll see, I’m not sweating them not announcing anything yet. If it’s Monday and we’re still here in the same position, then sure.

    Is he?

    He plays zero defense
    Not very efficient
    Stalls the offense
    Doesn’t make Dame better

I would also like to add that he got schooled physically and mentally by a 5'10 30 year old rookie.

Trade CJ . Resign Norm. Fire stotts. Its simple . He def would stay if CJ is gone. Our roster was not bad but the coach never played nasir. If we get back up PG and a solid wing

    IMO it's all on Stotts.

All shape CJ and Dame have now came from Stotts, who treats them like they are his spoiled kids.
This is high school team with three coache's sons and that's why is unplayable for other players.

Under harder coach CJ (and Dame) can be much better, imo.
