    If that is the case, then why are you minimizing my post above by trying to state its just a small percentage? Unless you had another motive by noting the population?

    Seems some are just sweeping the problem under the rug. Ignore it. It will go away....

    Friend of mine owns the Kenton Station Pub tucked behind the Paul Bunyan statue.
    Hadn’t been there in over a year. What a beautiful day in North Portland for an outdoor lunch. Farmers Market setting up across the street.

    Then please be specific as to what your solution would be?

    Something has to be done. We can't do anything against their will and we cannot harass them for being homeless. They are constitutionality protected.

    What is your preferred solution?
