I mean coaches can become better. Happened with McMillan, Doc Rivers, and a few others. But they also got more talent. Jason Kidd previously underwhelmed IMO. In fact I remember him causing a lot of waves and his players tuning him out. Something about the Oakland connection though. If you’re from Oakland you love everybody else Oakland it seems.
