Guaranteed he will be one of the finalists and unless the last 6 games have something crazy happen I have to imagine he will win it this year. Kid is amazing. First in points and assists, 2nd in +/- and points per game. Plays in all scenarios. Dynamo. What a huge upgrade over Skjei...
He will be a finalist, but I do not think he will win it. Not that I don't think he should, I just don't think he will. He is newer on the scene at this level of expectation. I think he needs a year to get fully into the mindset and conversation on this level. I expect Hedman will win it. And going forward I think Fox will be heavily in the discussion to actually win it.
