Because if no one has a link to a legit article I doubt there is any substance to this rumor.

Anything is possible. Gomes is not such a great fit for Minny because they already got Craig Smith. I love Tim sig where it says his starting five: Foye, Green, Brewer, Smith, Jefferson.

Good! Gomes is a nice role player. Keep him away from Boston.

Gomes is useless on a losing team. He's not a developing player, he is what he is and he'll bolt at first chance to go to a winning team.

Maybe next season. He's a free agent. (or is he a RFA?)

You have to be on a team for two years to become a RFA from the rookie deal I believe and if you're traded so are the years of your previous team. I could be completely wrong though.Prem?

    Prem?

He will be a FA, according to hoopshype salaries.

They are both unrestricted free agents next offseason. Neither have rookie-scale deals, so there is no qualifying offer, making them ineligible for restricted free agency.

Celtics, next season, could only use the MLE to sign him and frankly, he's not worth it.

I'm with speedy on this one; no Gomes, more Eddie House in Boston.

I don't think Gomes would be taking minutes from Eddie House. Unless they're teaching him to run the point in Minnesota.

I don't see where people are getting the idea that Gomes will be leaving Minny when I'm sure that the Wolves will want to keep him. All this is is a dumb rumor. Nobody has been able to show me anything that would lead me to believe that this rumor has any sbustance. People who are just believing it's true without any articles or anything reliable have to reconsider their stance on this. I never believe rumors started on message boards, that don't leave the message boards.
