They’ve been doing great at keeping Durant under his season average and not letting Irving and Harden burn them.
really?...he worked for the Blazers for 27 years. That's a long time to establish relationships. I'd think he has connections with the organization that normal fans don't have
According to Woj, Billups is about to have a 2nd interview with Boston. I personally think that’s where he’s going.
I don’t know whats more surprising…..that you actually typed this, or that you got somebody to LIKE it.
My guess is… Billups to Bos (which sucks) Hammon stays in SA Stotts to Indiana Kidd to Dallas Cassell to New Orleans Ham to Orlando Joerger to Washington Carlisle takes a year off MDA to PDX Personally I think if Billups goes to Bos they should offer Howard a contract he’d at least have to consider.
Man I’m gonna be unbearable on here if they hire a mother fucking 70 year old retread coach who’s never won a God damn thing with the players he’s had I am truly sorry in advance
He's advandced to at least the 2nd round 7 of 10 times in the Playoffs. Until someone can figure out how to advance to the 2nd round without winning in the first round, not sure what the issue is. By comparison, Terry Stotts, who had longer in Portland than most coaches in history get in one place, got out of the 1st round 3 times out of 9 Playoff appearances. If the goal is to advance and at least give yourself a chance going forward, it would seem you need to take step 1 more often. It's not like Terry got super close and then had 2 of his better players suspended when they were on their way to winning or were up 3-2 in the WCF against a dynasty team and then lost Dame to a pulled hamstring. I don't thinkg MDA is the end all be all for a HC, but he is an innovator, has come within an eyelash of 2 Titles and has coached 2 of his players to MVPs. That seems pretty good.
