Malone hasn’t won anything. Monty Williams, might win something. But he spent less than a year with the Spurs if I’m correct. Hardly would consider that part of the Popovich coaching tree.
How long was Ime an assistant to Pop? Why isn't his name coming up as a HC candidate if just being an assistant with no specific responsibility that we can find is just a resume' enhancer?
